Cancellation conditions
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy
No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes
VAT is not applicable. 12 % service charge per room per night is not included. 13.44 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
